need recommendations

    what is the best cms software for a forum?
    i don't care if it costs money.

    i want to be secure and user firendly.

    r u looking for a forum software like the one used here at DP?
    Dp uses vBulletin, I think which imo is the best board
    The other is Invision Power Board.

    Both of them are good, user-friendly and cost around $150+

    vBulletin by far. I tried it on one forum and ended up buying 2 more licenses and dumping phpBB for good and will never look back.
