I recently shifted my site which crashed total because of my VPS downtimes.I shifted it to Servage.net . Many said its rocking host, many said it sucks.

I personally liked it, though they should provide a cPanel.

What do you think of them???

I personally think they suck, most of the time their support doesn't know what they are talking about and i was kicked because i had 5k uniques/day and it was a normal vbulletin forum but it overloaded the server according to them :s

    @ OP
You will have your own reviews in about 1-2 months.
If you host a static html site, you will not have problem.
If you host a database site, you will have.
    Regards

CPanel is the best but there are other control panels which can do a similiar job for cheap or free.

My friend use servage and he is very happy with them. He host multiple domains on it without a problem. Like all bigplayers, they also oversell like crasy. They can't use cPanel for some tech reson (explained at there web site). Beside cPanel I also been using helm and lxadmin and I wasn't very happy with helm. With lxadmin you sould do almoust everything that cPanel do. Only thing I was missing was fantastico and awstats.

I have used Servage in the past, and I have no complaints with them whatsoever. For the price they're great, and I have pushed around 1.5TB on their shared plan a while back.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions and points, I personally think they do good, I talked to them, they said there reputation before was bad but now they have very improved services!

    cPanel rocks because:

    1) Its free
    2) Easy To Use
    3) Can be customized
    4) Doesn't load on the server

Indeed, cPanel is the most expensive panel, and its pretty overpriced considering that DA is much better, and at $299 for a one time license, it's well worth the money.

CPanel uses about 2-3x more ram then say LXadmin. CPanel is really useful though and provides A LOT of features. Plesk just sucks and DirectAdmin seems to have more features then Plesk but still not many. Although DirectAdmin is probably good enough. Given the choice though, I'd always go with CPanel.

The client doesn't care because on shared hosting he doesn't pay control panel license fees

When it comes to VPS or a dedi - the client starts searching for cheaper options ;)

    exactly

i used them for 1 month every thing is great the support is cool

but i got some problems with Mysql databases

the most great thing on this company is the huge bandwidth that u have monthly

and the worst thing is the cpanel [ they use thier own c panel and its really terrible ]
