Need Real Estate Templates Designed

    Back again, after 10 PM's and flipping through portfolios -- Still havent found anyone.

    I have a 1500 Budget - 5 Websites, 2 Wordpress Blogs, and a Demo setup on my site. All templates should be coded, MLS Integration, and in PHP. All rights to the templates will be mine and I will use them for resale.

    Any takers? Real Estate Agent Websites on your portfolio and or verification from a client is a MUST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    1500 is a nice budget.
