I have a real estate forum and I have already made a good promotion for it. It has visitors and it has PR3. Unfortunately I don't really have time to moderate it. I need a forum moderator with experience/interest in Real Estate Business! He will have the freedom to moderate, add, remove, organise topics and users and everything. The moderator can take all the revenues that the forum will make under his management. He can sell some links and he can place his own adsense on the top and on the bottom of the forum. Because the moderator will collect all the revenues - I expect from him also to make some promotion for the forum - more visitors - more revenues!
