I need a PHP programmer who is familiar with Joomla/Virtuemart and perhaps Ajax. I own an online business and the website needs changes every now and then when I think of new things to add to it. However, I am sick of using everyday programmers that are a dime a dozen and come and go, I need a steady programmer who can familiarize themselves with my highly customized CMS and when I need them to change something they are available. I also am looking for ONLY USA based people, no international programmers as I do not have the time to work around different timezones/languages. UK people perhaps, but preferably USA based. I need someone who is available or online a lot or at least someone who is comfortable with being called when I need something important done.
