Buying Need RDA

    I also need a RDA with unmetered or 5 TB+ bandwidth for downloading warez from one file host and then uploading warez to other file host.
    I also want to know the downloading speed would be fast(around 100 MBPS) which means the speed of RDA for downloading/uploading when the speed of my PC is only 256 KBPS?

    My Budget is $10/month

    I believe it is against the forum rules for hosting providers to offer illegal services. I also don't think a budget of $10 will get you unmetered transfer
