Buying Need Quotes to Have a Word Count Tracker Programmed

Thanks for the responses everyone. Please don't PM me any more offers though. I just chose someone to move forward with it.

I'm thinking about releasing a word count tracker tool through one of my websites. Basically here's what it would do:

1. The user visits my site and fills in a form with their total word count goal (let's say 80,000 words if they're writing a book). They also fill in their current word count (let's say 8000 words).

2. They submit the info and are given an image that shows their progress. It should mention the word count goal and current word count, but also a percentage (10% in this example).

3. They'll be given code they can embed on their own site to show their progress to their own readers.

I'd like them to be able to choose from 2-3 different visual options (like a really small bar for blog sidebars and a larger one for forum signatures for example).

I'd just like quotes on what something like this would cost to have created, and a turnaround estimate. If I decide to move forward, I'd need it before the end of the month because I'd like to release it before national novel writing month in November.
