Buying Need Quotes for Custom Write Panel - WordPress

    Hello DP'ers,

    I need quotes from people with WordPress experience for a custom write panel. I'm not entirely sure if that's the correct terminology.

    I am starting a WordPress site where people can submit articles, however when an "author" logs in to the administration panel, I want them to see a custom page in order to create their article instead of the standard one.

    I have gotten one reply, but perhaps due to the board outage, they have not been able to send me a quote.
