    nobody can guarantee a certain pagerank. its all about the quality of the inbound links and the quantity of them. if anybody guarantee's they can do this for you, they are ripping you off.

    Just a bit of general advice thats all :)

    -buy some 10 to 20 pr 6 link son link sales forum
    -get one or 2 pr7 and 8
    -build some top pages on netscape pr9
    -also get some top pages on digg

    This will do what you want

    Haha that's no where near cheap.

    15 PR6 Links total per month is probably: 375$
    2 PR7: 60$

    Top Page on Digg: If you buy a service usually 150$
    Top Page on Netscape: If you buy a service usually 100$

    If you can afford all that I am sure you can get like PR7 not PR6. :eek:
