Need quote for web site that allows users limited ftp access to download files ASAP

The site needs to accomplish two business goals:

    1. Provide potential customers with a dot com destination for our company... the "main page", if you will.

    2. Using cPanel or whatever control program you favor, give me the ability to create folders and to be

able to upload executable files to these folders. Once my customer has FTP downloaded such a

file from "his" folder I will then delete the file and, possibly, the folder. Certain long-time customers

will have permanent access to "their" folder by way of a desktop icon on their local PC to check for

any new or pending update which will always be "named" the same, such as FIXED.EXE, to force

it to comply with his or her desktop shortcut, i.e.:

    http://www.My.Company.Name/Customer.Name/FIXED.EXE

None of the folder structure will be visible to the public nor is there any need to have UserID / Password

fields on the main page. As far as any visitor to the site is concerned it's just a "main page" with maybe

an "About Us" link. Some company info, phone, text, email, location information is all that is needed.

There will be no retail commerce performed on or through the site and traffic will be very, very low. And

I will be the only person to ever upload to it. It will not be a "file sharing" site. The uploaded files are

always very small software package updates that - even if intercepted - are useless without the entire

software package which can be many hundreds of individual files. Therefore, even IF someone were

to download one or more of these update packages containing typically 3 or maybe 4 files, they'd have

nothing that would work. It would be 100% useless to anyone other than the intended recipient.

Security is, therefore, not an issue. Site size? Small, hosting "megabytes" requirement very small.

Maybe a hundred or 150 folders at any one time.... never populated with more than 1 gb total but

typically around 100 mb. In this day of 2 to 5 gb of free cloud storage my need is truly tiny by comparison.

    Thank you for your consideration.

    PM your rates please.
