Take a look at http://www.skilledgraphics.com, I need a quote to have this coded in html and CSS. Its coded now using microsoft publisher, and im still working on the design, just needs to be cleaned up and inttegrated with CSS. Main thing that bothers me now is the way the images load and the BG width is cut off on High res screens I am only looking for quotes at the moment.
