Hi, I need a quote for a custom form in Joomla. I have attempted to acheive this with ChronoForms to no avail. FORM REQUIREMENTS User Details First Name: Last Name: Username: Email Address: Location: Country: Bible Selection Old Testament (drop down menu - choosing book) New Testament (drop down menu - choosing book) Chapter (drop down showing number of chapters depending on which book chosen) ==== User is then given time period of 48hrs to to fulfil the slot by recording a video and then going into their account and uploading the video which then flags the slot as being completed. This will then make the selected chapter / slot unavailable to any other user as its one chapter per user. Please provide quotes if you are able to do this. I am looking to get this sorted soon.
