    Hi I would like to request a website design + programming (need to have CMS)

    1. A quote for something similar to : http://ca.askmen.com/

    2. A quote for something similar to : http://www.tunerzine.com/ (without the user profile / social part)

    I would like reader to be able to add comment on article (no logging required only Name, email, their website info)

    Please give me an estimated ETA + Quotation.
