Need quick wordpress install and upgrade

    Need to upgrade to 2.3 from 2.2 and need my plugins installed and the theme setup. Theme and plugins already installed and activated, just need to go to 2.3 and than get the plugins to work. Something VERY simple, just too busy to do it myself. Payment through paypal.
