Buying Need quick fix and upgrade to existing wordpress blog

    I need someone to fix my existing blog in wp which works fine in Firefox but gets out of whack in IE.
    Also need you to
    1. upgrade wp to current version
    2. Fix the www. vs http:// issue
    3. Add a few banners
    4. delete one or two lines from Left hand side bar.
    Easy 5-10 minute job for anyone who is well familiar with wp. Please let me know how much and when can you fix it?
