need quick design for auto loan site.

i am designing a auto loan approval site. i need graphics for the start page, loan app page and the final page after the customer submits the app.

I would like it to be modeled after the following sites: mycredittree.com, ez-autoloans.com

i am allowing you to be totally creative just relate it to the theme of the site(auto loans)
