I am looking for someone to create a website that meets all of the following requirements: 1. Topic of site: home service, will provide all content for site. (design must be 100% unique and all rights to the site will belong to the buyer) 2. Site should have a easy way to add/delete/edit content so I am thinking something like jomla, drupal, or wordpress but open to options?. 3. Whichever is used it should be updated to the latest version with all seo plug in's. 4. No off page seo work required but on page seo is required with seo friendly url's, plug in's, unique meta tags, title tages,etc. (all keywords will be provided) 5. Site will consisit of sections like, homepage, articles, resources, online service request form, video (video will be provided), etc. (some sample url's will be provided to show the basic idea) 6. The most involved feature of the site is the online order form, the basic idea of the site is lead generation so the object is to get the visitor to fill out the online service request form and after the customer fills it out I want to be notified via text message, email,or fax (I should be able to set via admin panel which method) so before expressing interest in creating this site be sure you are able to implement this feature. 7. This is just a quick overview of the main points for the site, this project may/will involve some other basic pages If you are able to complete this project and have some sample sites to review along with track record of creating quality sites then please send me your info via pm.
