Buying Need quality seo, link building

    i have 3 web sites

    1 web site is over 1 year age.
    2 web sites are new 1 month

    i have 5 keywords and i want to be at first page at these words.

    can anybody help me ?

    i dont need " garbage seo", like profile backlings at spam sites.
