its a bit bland, lack of colour, big blocks of lifeless text. nice layout though

 

hardly can find the menu, it looks like google ads

 

I like sites laid out to fit the screen. The articles are right there, however, it needs more..something to point me to go deeper if one of the three articles doesn't get me to.

I agree with the other posting in that the navigation looks more like it doesn't belong. I think you just need some of a landing..something that says here is some stuff, but you can go here or here or here.

And I can tell you this, I have a 22" wide format screen and used IE. The firefox add at the top pushed the majority of your content off of the screen. When I flipped to my firefox browser, wham, much better, but there is still a majority IE population out there, at least the analytics from my own sites say so.

very plain no design at all its just a table needs lots of design improvement

 

Adsense makes navigation a bit less intuitive but it works.
