I need serious offers from people that can help me acquire quality links (basically do the complete link collecting program) for a website with trademark orientated topics. So please do not bother me with single directory links or something, I need someone that is good at getting found in Google, and that is good at getting many good quality and permanent links. I do have some budget that matches this job but its more important that you are good, than that you are cheap. The Dutch program I did myself. The company is being found in Google.nl but I am aiming for Google.com and Google.co.uk now with an English "company".eu domain so I need help from a good English or American link getter.
