    i need around 5GB space
    around 20$ BW.

    I believe that you can find fantastic offers for $20, but not sure if you will be able to get that.
    If I were you I would be more exact with details. That will help you find decent host.

    they will move all your sites....that was one big reason why I shifted to micfo.com.

    most other hosts either refused to move all my sites or just couldn't move them...:D.

    (I actually had to ask for refunds from a couple of hosts who weren't able to move my sites).

    About movement. I'm sure that anty web host that can effort what you are looking for will move all your stuff for free. You look want lots of with low prices. That exists. But when you are talking about quality that do not have any sense.
