I can take this on, I have a list of over 800 PR2-PR6 directories, I manually add the sites to the correct category for the niche of your site. For 150 listing I usually get about 80-110 inclusions from the submissions, IF you havent done keyword research I'll spend 2 hours of keyword researching free of charge. And create 4 titles, and 4 keyword phrases and 4 different descriptions to be used. $35 for 150 directory submissions by hand to PR2-PR6 directories.
