I have a microsite that i need coded. it has some advanced functionality. Here is how the site should function Page one: Enter zip code Page two: Check off up to 4 boxes Page three: Full contact form, but the zip and checkboxes from page one and two are already filled out. Then the form submits to a database. i don't own the database, i am getting leads for another company so the form will be submitting to their database. We can work with the company to get any info needed. The other pages are about-us and "thank you page." how much will this cost? i can email screenshots of the 3 pages mentioned above.
