need psd2html form clone with some mods

    Like title says but with a few modifications, needs to be standalone, with paypal and moneybookers, multiple emails on checkout and another on payment confirmation, wget features to grab some settings from another site and some files written to with a admin report and such. Must be standalone without any sql backend if possible.

    I can also trade services for html css coding ;)
