Hello everyone, I run a web development company, and we normally don't work on weekends, and I have a PSD that needs to be developed within 24 hours. I had a developer who was on call and now they gave me a excuse as they can't do it today. So i need someone who is good with wordpress to code the following design into a full working wordpress theme: Please make sure of the following notes: We work on Contract Basis The theme MUST be exactly to the design Where the GOOGLE, MSN, and People are with the white background, that will be changed to a Flash The contact form must have a captcha on it so we don't get spammed Also, the navigation pages will have to be able to continue as we add pages, so text based with the background and hover effect ( the numbers don't have to be there as that can't be done) "unless you know something i dont With all that being said please see the attachment for the design, and post your prices and contact me on Windows Live: PS: You must have a portfolio so we can see your past work as this is a very detailed design and all rules MUST be followed to the design.

Also, I should add to this, i also have this already in a HTML document, so everything is basically already sliced, so that will take alot of time out of this for who ever decides to do this.
