[NEED] PSD to XHTML + CSS + JAVASCRIPT = FAST CASH + VERY EASY

    Thanks for looking

    I have a PSD designed by someone here on DP and I need it to look something like this: AmericanLifePolicy.Com

    I will provide the PSD and you will deliver a site with the same amount of pages as above. With the same JavaScript form located on that site and you can simply copy paste the content that is located at the other site, I will replace it with mine later.

    Please post your offers here along with examples of previous work.

    I believe that form uses asp, not javascript.

    I could easily do the XHTML/CSS bit of it, but not the form.
