Buying Need PSD to WP Theme Created (Home Page Mockup provided)

    I'm looking for a talented graphics designer to create a WP theme in PSD, then convert it to a WP 3.0.2 compatible theme.

    I'd like a table-less design, clean code, FAST loading theme that works in all major browsers (IE7, IE8, FF, Chrome, Safari).

    And some cool visual tricks or HTML 5 elements are also welcomed. :)

    I have an existing theme, but I want to modernize it. I still want to use my current CSS so my pages are still formatted correctly and use the same color scheme.

    I need a theme that contains these WP page templates:

    1. Home Page design - 960px wide (mockup will be provided)
    2. Video "squeeze page" page template (example will be provided)
    3. Text "squeeze page" template
    4. Blog page with sidebars and top navigation
    5. Sales letter page template - 750px wide (no navigation, no sidebars)

    More detailed specs will be provided to those who PM me...
