Need PSD to Wordpress

    I have a Wp theme design ready in psd but need it now made with all the code that it's fully working.
    Not looking to pay more then ~$20 for this.
    If someone can do this send me PM with your IM details and some of your works you have done.

    is it coded into html already ? then I can do the thing for your price but if it's to be coded into html and then converted into a worpress theme then it's a bit low mate
