Buying Need PSD to html/css programmer for simple 2 page job - paying 50$

    nothing too complicated, just need someone who is profficent in html/css to port over a 2 page design.

    must have a portfolio for past client work.

    again, its not very complicated, i just dont have the time to code it myself right now, willing to pay anyone who can do it 50$ (looking for a turnaround time of a couple hours, mabye a day but thats pushing it)
