Need PSD to HTML, CSS Coder Urgent!

    HI

    I have a PSD and I need to Make it Valid HTML + CSS. This is a hosting site.

    Conditions:
    Your Code Must be W3C Valid.
    Organized and SEO friendly Design
    Opera, IE6, IE7, FF2+ compatible Design
    Dont Make the website Heavy with the Image, Try to solve it via CSS.
    I need Only Index page to be done.

    And the Most impotent thing is I need it urgent within 6 Hour from Now!

    U must Have some previous experience about PSD to CSS, HTML.

    If u meet with this conditions Send me your portfolio and Price. I will give U the work Right now!
