Buying Need PSD to .css/html

    I have a .psd that I need to convert to css/html.

    There will be about 3 pages that need designing. 2 are more complex and the other is just a blank page where I can put text content, contact form etc.

    Hello,
    My name is Raz and i have a website building comapny.
    I need somone really good in converting PSD to HTML + CSS 3 + Jqurey. I have a lot of jobs evrey week.

    My requirements:
    1. 100% pixcel to pixcel.
    Before i am approving the work i need to see the PSD on the html as transparent background.
    2. Compatibility for IE7,8,9,10 + FF + opera + Chrome + for mobile (ipone + android).
    3. Sprite - do you work with it? (only in big sites) i add a sprite file for example.
