Need PSD cutout and coded

    I need a psd to be cutout and coded

    There are two versions, one for those logged in and one for those not logged in.. though the differences between the two are not that great

    do not worry about the body background, i'll handle that

    but inside the black lines you will need to come up with a way for the background to be seamless from the navigation portion to the repeating body portion (the background is used under the design at the top, so the background image will need to be changed to be the exact height of the upper navigation so that it will repeat properly)

    IT NEEDS TO BE CROSS BROWSER... IE and FIREFOX should display the same thing

    EVERYTHING THAT CAN BE SHOULD BE PLACED IN A DIV, YOU CAN INCLUDE A SEPERATE STYLE SHEET OR PUT THE CSS IN THE HEADER... I WILL BE REWRITING IT SO I CAN MOVE IT
