I have regular work for a coder. I usually need 2-3 mock-ups converted to HTML/CSS a week. HTML should be HTML 4.01 Transitional.

    Requirements:

    1) Completely W3C Valid.
    2) External CSS.
    3) Should look the same as the PSD in IE 7+, FF, Opera, Safari, Chrome.
    4) IE 6 version must be functional based only on pngfix.js and separate CSS file (if necessary).
    5) Must be fully vertically scalable.
    6) Template must be usable for additional pages.
    7) Logo must be separate image (not background) for SEO purposes.
    8) HTML must be clean and easy to read.

I am looking for not only for this project but for the long term.

Please provide a time frame for completion, as well as your regular per-job (or per page) rate for this and other PSD to HTML work.

I am interested in working with you on your various projects. I am currently working in the industry as a web application developer and do freelance projects such as this on the side.

I pride myself on providing professional results and working with my clients to ensure all requirements are met in an acceptable time frame. I generally require 2 full days from the acceptance of the project for completion. For standard .psd to HTML/CSS conversion, I charge $30.00/page. If you require additional functionality, such as forms, that will be an additional fee.

If you are interested, please PM me and we can talk more.

    Thanks,
