    Yes I suggest you go for a dedicated server. There are many cheap dedis out there starting from $49.99 with free contorl panels.

    Let alone the normal shared hosting provider, you wont even find proxy providers giving you a reliable package on that!

    Plus with your own dedi, you can simply have unlimited everything as many as your server limits. :)
