Buying Need proxy hosting.. opinions on cloakhost or xproxyhost?

    Just need a starter plan for 1 domain to start, may expand from there. Any opinions on the above or any that offer better value?

    I am just starting out... and only have 1 site... may grow from there.. maybe .5-1 mb/25-75gb?
