Well, services like Article Marketer are really good. Just write articles and they publish it to 1000 sites. This is really good. Also you use Goclick for your PPC campaigns and Wordtracker to get the keywords. Remember to create a squeeze page to get the emails of your visitors.

First off your forum is dead. You need to hire some forum posters to make your site look like it's alive. Or you can do this yourself.
