    I have a unique idea and I need PHP, PERL, ASP, ColdFusion, C++, HTML 5, Css3 , jquery , Graphic Designers pro , etc.......

    On side That mean will stay working for the company , we pay them for the month , payment including work and rental house payment .

    Did you mean "on site" ? Do you need programmers to move to wherever your company is located? If yes then which country?
