Need Programmer

I need a Website that sells digital goods (files that will be .zip or .rar)
When customer makes the payment, 100% of the money comes to site admin paypal account first.
I need a module in admin panel from where site admin will send the money to member paypal account that provided the digital goods
So $-------first ------admin in Admin panel it should be able to tell me what was sold and who provided the digital good and there PayPal Id
I don’t need somebody to design the webpage I will provide the design you just have to make this work

Arnel555, if you want any of the professional php programmers on here to even consider this project you really need to explain what you need in more detail. This seems like a big project, so you should already have a figure in your mind for this. Please re-state what you want and what your budget for this script is.

 

i have discussed with him about this project, i am clear with his requirement, but now he is going to do this work him self.
