Need programmer to (partially) copy site mobile portal

    Hi there

    I'm looking to run a mobile phone portal like www.ownskin.com

    What I need is to add the following features :
    - ringtones, themes, wallpaper

    - Real user signup page with picture, personal info, etc..
    - Use profile page with comments (like the wall...)
    - safe upload form with admin approval
    - categorized and by tag search

    i.e. something like www.ownskin.com except maybe the
    automated nokia theme creator (if it can be done it's a huge plus)

    Take a look and let me know
    I have some money to spend but am not rich ;)

    I also have some other sites that need work
