Need programmer to integrate membership and video site

    I have a basic php membership site script that uses
    smarty functions and smarty templates.

    I want to integrate this system with a php video
    upload script so that the members only sign up once.

    Admin area would need to be combined.

    Anyone able to help.

    Will give more details if anyone can assist.
