Need programmer to fix bulk email in my script

    Hello, I have a site running off of the script http://www.project-rafs.com and currently the bulk email option does not work from the admin panel. It use to work but stopped after I passed 20,000 accounts and right now i am at 150,000. If you can fix this problem please PM with your experience and a price.
