Buying Need Programmer To Edit Wordpress

    Need programmer to edit wordpress and add the following:

    1. Create forum and have same users on forum and on wordpress blog, so they dont have to log in twice.

    2. Have points, ex.person comments on a blog and they get 1 point on the forum.

    3. Member can send other members those points.
