Buying Need programmer that knows Visual Basic / C+ / not exactly sure what else

    I need someone to make an app like this for me:

    If you read the post, it scans an ISO and checks for the hash code, and depending on the hash code, it will display a message.

    This means I need the ability to set:
    - What message is displayed when a certain hash code is found
    - What message is displayed if a certain hash code is "not" found

    This app needs to connect to the internet I reckon, since I cannot make the user download an update every time I set a new hash code to display a new message.

    Many people are contacting me and are not clear with what I am looking for. First of all, please check out the link and open the app for yourself to see what it is. If that is not enough, I will explain what I'm looking for very clearly below:

    What I want?
    An app that scans the ISO and checks for hash. It checks for the ISO hash against the ones I uploaded, and if the hashes match, it will display a message of my choice and tell the user what kind of ISO they have.

    What features I need?
    I need it to link back to my website
    I need the source files so I can translate the language of the UI and release different versions
    It needs to display different messages depending on the hash.
    The app needs to connect to the Internet, because I cannot have the user download an update every time I upload new hashes

    That is all. I am planning to change the language using Visual Basic. But if you have another method, please let me know.
    Also, if you do a good job, I need other apps made and you may receive my repeat business ;)
