Need programmer that can create adsense site like this

need someone to create a page that when a link is clicked it goes to another site that shows results of a search with adsense ads on it like this place

I could probably give something like that a go, but... it would be like this:

1) You go to your website. www.local-ads.com
2) There are a bunch of links: Free Dating Service, Personals, Car Loans, ect.
3) When you click on 'Car Loans', you are sent to www.local-ads.com/car-loans with is a page with car loan adsense ads.

This is different than local-datings.com because that site is using another site to bounce the links and whenever you click on anything, it changes the homepage itself, because it's a dynamic website.
