NEED PROGRAMMER- Need Bot To be made

    I want to hire someone who could make for me an script( or soft) what would work on few specific forums ( vbulletin ones).
    It would need to do the following.
    1.St Collect a List of usernames/ID's in that forum
    2.Then It would need to send out an PrivateMessage to that users by the following way- because some of forums have ~10-60seconds delay before you can send new PM it would need to rotate accounts so while at one account it's waiting when it will be able to send another message it would use the next account to send for next user and so on in order to speed up all this process to the max!
    Well I think You understand what I need ;)
    If someone can make for me such an thing Please send me PM for how much you could make such an thing and your YM/MSN/Skype id!
