Basically the members area will have a database of listings, so the listings would be put in different categories that members can browse by category or by search. There should be a simple admin area setup to manage the listings as far as adding, editing, or deleting a current listing. So I need the layout of the front end for the members area that will contain a directory of listings with the ability to add ads and such and the back end for the members area where I can manage the listings. Revenue share will be approximately 10-25% ongoing each month to you depending on how complex the script you setup is.
