Need programmer for torrent invite forum [Vbulletin]

    You've got to be interested in this area, or at least know what a private tracker is.

    There is several things i would need coding. Budget is around 200 dollars.

    Should be pretty easy to code.

    so you just need the forum or a fully working private tracker with a forum ?
