Hello, I am seeking an experienced programmer for a website I am creating. The website is an educational site (school). Below are the main features the site will need: - Registration form - Log in/password reset feature - Paypal/Credit Card payment form - Price for the course will need to be determined automatically by the site depending on the county/state the student inputs. - The educational course will be in several sections. Students cannot skip ahead to further sections, and each section will need a timer before the student can click to the next page. Also needed is a feature where if the student logs out during the course he/she can resume it at the same spot later on. - Quizzes/Exams throughout the course - Automated emails to the student and site adminstrator for registrations, payments, and course completion - Admin page - Course content needs to be easy to change/update. There will be pictures throughout the course and I need to be able to easily change/rearrange them at any time. There is more entailed in this project, but these are some of the main aspects. I will be providing all of the design elements, I just need the programming done as well as help getting the site online and functional.
