Im going to start an new small business and i need one programmer or i can say team with the following skills

1. Expert web designer
2. PHP Coding
3. Graphix

If you know more then this then its well and good and you will be our first preference.

Here is what im going to do:

I want you to create my company site it will be a small net solution providing company offering all those services which you offer as programmer on net.The more services you provide the more chances of your increases.I will be paying you per order wise.For example i receive an order of 1 site and then i will pay you for that site.You will need to share your portfolio on our site and should be shown as our company portfolio ultimately all orders will be yours only.
