    Need Programmer for CSS Layout.

    I have the PSD, I have the CSS done, now I need it converted into a functional CMS controlled website.

    Wordpress / Joomla / etc , all welcome. Just needs to be secure and warrantied work.

    Site will require about 20 custom pages in all.
